The following five buildings were completed in 1939:

Abbot Hall - Men's dormitory - $525,000

Campbell Hall - Women's dormitory - $500,000

Olin Memorial Health Center - $250,000

Music Building - $230,000

Livestock Judging Pavilion - $175,000
