Footage of the November 1964 non-conference game against the No. 1-ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. MSU Head Coach - Duffy Daugherty; Notre Dame Head Coach - Ara Parseghian. Despite Steve Juday connecting on a 51-yard touchdown pass to Gene Washington in the third quarter, the Spartans lost 7-34 and handed over the Megaphone Trophy for the first time since 1954.
