Travis Webster is assistant professor of writing and rhetoric at Virginia Tech University. He was the University of Houston–Clear Lake Writing Center director from 2015 to 2018 and has worked in writing centers since 2002. His research also appears in College Composition and Communication, Writing Center Journal, WPA: Writing Program Administration, and The Peer Review.

Dr. Lamiyah Bahrainwala is an assistant professor of communication studies and received her Ph.D from University of Texas at Austin, and a MA in Rhetoric from Michigan State University. She is heavily involved in many critical areas of study and focuses on Whiteness, anti-Muslim sentiment, precarity, and feminist surveillance approaches utilizing critical race theory. Lamiyah’s work has appeared in multiple leading journals and has received top paper/research awards from the National Communication Association among others.
