Description:

La Fiesta Mexicana, a suite for band written by H. Owen Reed (acting head of the Music Department), is transformed into a dramatization for television. This kinescope features choreography and costumes by Forrest Coggan, with the music performed by the Michigan State University Band under the direction of Leonard Falcone. Dancers include Theda Assiff, Patti Hill, Bobbie Waite, James Barnett as a priest, and Coggan. The program was produced by Donald Pash, with assistance by Robert Page.
