Footage of the Spartan Marching Band's pregame and halftime performances at the October 1976 football game against Notre Dame. The band performs an arrangement of the Theme from S.W.A.T. and the MSU Fight Song in the pregame performance. At halftime, the band performs Barry Manilow's rendition of Bandstand Boogie and a disco medley, then conclude with an arrangement of Baby Face.

The band is under the direction of Kenneth G. Bloomquist, and the assistant director is Thad Hegerberg.
