Subjects: Students, Campus, East Lansing, Vietnam, Student Activism
Description:
Stock footage from the October 15, 1969 Vietnam Moratorium in East Lansing and Lansing. Scenes include students gathering on campus to protest involvement in the Vietnam War, the "March for Peace" led by MSU President Walter Adams from campus to the Capitol building in Lansing, and a gathering of protesters on the grounds of the State Capitol. The footage from 0:52 to 3:17 appears to be a different Vietnam protest that occurred during the winter in front of the Hannah Administration Building.
