A REO-Grams newsreel. Michigan Governor Fred W. Green is seen in the Capitol building speaking with his secretary. Senators and townspeople gather in Big Rapids after the passing of Michigan Senator Woodbridge N. Ferris. Governor Green issues a statewide safety proclamation. Footage of pilot Harry Brooks shortly before his plane falls into the Atlantic while flying to Miami. Ice boats compete in a race on frozen Gull Lake. Hundreds of ducks are seen flying north from Sanger's Bay. Vets compete in a boxing match at Prudden Auditorium in downtown Lansing.
