A REO-Grams newsreel. Michigan high school swimmers and divers compete at the Michigan State College (MSC) pool. The kids are swimming in the indoor pool at MSC's IM Circle. Notre Dame defeats MSC 64-62 in a dual track meet at East Lansing. Commandant Simmons, founder of the Salvation Army, visits the Lansing area.
