Dr. Alan Guttmacher, President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, speaks on the topic "Who Owns Fertility: The Church, the State or the Individual?" during the 4th week of the MSU symposium "Sexuality: A Search for Perspective". Guttmacher talks about birth control, abortion, sterilization and artificial insemination, and the laws affecting each of these. The lecture takes place in the MSU Auditorium.
