An MSU Highway Traffic Safety Center film that shows how a good traffic records system benefits a traffic safety program, including the establishing of selective enforcement and engineering needs. Demonstrates simple techniques and materials for keeping, interpreting, and presenting vital traffic records information. Lansing businessman Charles Bragg and MSU Speech Department professor Frederick Alexander appear in starring roles. The film, which was used in both on-campus and field service training courses, earned an Award of Merit from the National Committee on Films for Safety.
