Description:

This photograph is in a scrapbook of pictures put together by international student Onn Mann Liang while he was in the U.S. between 1922 and 1932. This picture was taken after Liang's graduation from MSC, when he was working as a bridge designer for the Michigan State Highway Department and took a trip to Chicago. This image, according to the translation, shows the Wrigley Building - Chicago's highest bell tower at the time. A double highway is also visible on the lower left.
