Description: A dance card for the Frosh Frolic dance, sponsored by the freshman class on May 5, 1939 and held at the Masonic Temple in Lansing, Michigan. The music was provided by Manny Landers and his band. The dance card is made of paper with an interior that rotates and has a loop to be worn on the wrist.
This dance card appears in the shape of a freshman beanie which was an important part of freshman life. By campus tradition all freshman had to wear the beanie. At the end of the freshman year students burned their beanies at Cap Night.
This dance card was collected by Marjorie Pierce.
