A recording of the full Spartans in Hollywood ceremony that took place in West Hollywood's Bel Age hotel in July 2000. The gala celebration was hosted by the MSU Alumni Association, and was emceed by radio personality Jim Dunbar. MSU VIP's present include Peter McPherson (MSU President), Dee Cook (MSU Board of Trustees), and Keith Williams (Director, MSU Alumni Association). Spartans receiving Crystal Awards include actors Anthony Heald, Bubba Smith, and James Caan, among others.
