Education administrators arrive from Bangkok for the Third Seminar on Education Planning in Thailand, held at the Kellogg Center. MSU representatives include Provost Howard Neville; College of Education Dean John E. Ivey, Jr.; Thailand Project Chief of Party Dr. Raymond N. Hatch; Assistant Dean for International Programs Dr. Cole S. Brombeck; and Thailand Project Campus Coordinator Stanley P. Wronski. MSU President John A. Hannah is also seen greeting dignitaries.
