Alfred Opubor (instructor in linguistics and African languages, who later became Director of African Studies at MSU) speaks on the "Viewpoint of Federal Representation of Nigeria", and MSU Biafran student Mba Uzoukwu speaks on the "Viewpoint of Biafran Representation", in a session which is part of an Evening College World Affairs seminar entitled The Biafran-Nigerian Tragedy: Why?, at MSU's Kellogg Center.
