An audio recording of the dedication of the Michigan State College (MSC) Alumni Memorial Chapel. The event is narrated by Jack Chandler (news commentator on WKAR), and organ music includes the Air from Orchestral Suite No. 3 by J.S. Bach.

The invocation is given by Rabbi Alfred L. Friedman, a presentation is made by Harold H. Gasser (chairman of the MSC Alumni Advisory Council), the official acceptance speech is made by President John A. Hannah, the dedicatory prayer is offered by the Reverend C. Brandt Tefft, and the ending benediction is offered by Reverend Father Jerome MacEachin. The MSC A Cappella Choir sings Nunc Dimittis by Gretchaninov, and Chandler gives closing remarks.
