The East Lansing Rotary Club celebrates its 25th Anniversary on the evening of December 8, 1986, at the Kellogg Center.

MSU President John DiBiaggio (accompanied by his wife Carolyn) thanks rotary club members for making him their speaker for their silver anniversary. DiBiaggio talks about events that have occurred in the last 25 years, then talks about MSU students and education.
